Without integrating a conversation with our bodies as we make decisions, build structures & foundations to stand on, we risk crossing our own boundaries, bypassing ourselves & perpetuating old patterns of self sabotage.
And when we cross our own boundaries in the name of building a business, we build a business that continually asks us to cross our own boundaries.
Fear says “ITS NOT SAFE”. If your body doesn’t feel safe, it will find ways to sabotage until it does. And familiar often feels the safest, even if it’s uncomfortable or what we keep saying we want to change.
I’m here to normalize the fuck out of feeling scared (terrified even) as a business owner, as a creative, a facilitator, as a healer, as an artist. And also that feeling fear doesn’t mean our lives have to be run by it. Nor do we have to muscle ourselves past our fears & “just do it.”
Your fears are asking to be acknowledged, validated and to be shown that they don’t need to be in charge any more. When they trust you to listen, they will trust you to take the steps necessary to take you from A to B, even if it’s new, different or unknown.
